香港地产代理数据显示，上周末10大指标二手屋苑录得近10宗或以上的成交。中原地产上周末录得9宗成交，按星期减少1宗。中原表示，拆息持续回落，加上中美局势缓和，大市气氛正面，美国维持利率不变属市场预料之内，今年内仍有机会降息。近期一手市场交投畅旺，带动整体入市气氛，料短期内二手市场交投平稳发展。美联物业上周末录得12宗成交，按星期增加1宗，连续4星期录得双位数成交。美联表示，港元拆息低企纾缓供楼负担，供平过租亦带动租客及投资客加快入市；租务旺季来临亦将带动用家转租为买。
