BlockBeats 消息，6 月 23 日，Eyenovia, Inc.（纳斯达克代码：EYEN）今日宣布，已与机构合格投资者签署证券购买协议（SPA），进行总额 5000 万美元的公开股权私募融资（PIPE）。此次融资所得将用于建立 HYPE 代币储备。HYPE 是去中心化数字资产交易所与 Layer-1 区块链 Hyperliquid 的原生代币。扣除发行费用前，公司预计将获得约 5000 万美元的总融资收益。
作为本次交易的一部分，公司还宣布任命 Hyunsu Jung 为首席投资官（CIO）并加入董事会。根据 SPA 条款，公司将发行可转换优先股，可转换为约 1540 万股普通股，转换价格为每股 3.25 美元，同时发行约 3080 万份认股权证，行权价格同为 3.25 美元。优先股转换和认股权证行权均受投资者设定的实际持股比例上限限制。如果全部认股权证被行权，交易总收益将达到约 1.5 亿美元（但并不保证一定实现）。
