Mighty Kingdom (ASX:MKL) was informed by the Australian Securities Exchange that the change in its name and ASX code will be effective after the completion of the consolidation approved by its shareholders at a June 20 extraordinary general meeting, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shareholders had approved the change of the firm's name to Fortifai and its ASX code to "FTI."
Mighty Kingdom's shares jumped over 7% in recent trading on Tuesday.
