路透首尔6月24日 - 韩国央行高级副总裁Ryoo Sang-dai表示，希望以循序渐进的方式推出以韩元计价的稳定币，首先从受到严格监管的商业银行开始。
Ryoo Sang-dai在一场新闻发布会上说：“希望首先允许监管严格的银行发行(韩元稳定币)，随着经验不断积累再逐步扩大到非银行部门。”
Ryoo表示，推出稳定币可能会对货币政策和交易结算系统产生重大影响，呼应了韩国央行总裁李昌镛早些时候提出的对资本流动影响的担忧，并指出有必要建立一个安全网以防金融市场混乱并确保对用户的保护。
Ryoo还表示，房价和家庭债务上涨对目前处于宽松周期的央行来说已成为一个更为重要的考量因素。他补充说，上月的降息使政策利率处于中性区间的中间水准。
Ryoo表示，随着新政府的政策立场日趋明朗，韩国央行将与主要商业银行协商，准备对央行数字货币进行第二次试点测试。央行的首次试点测试将于下周结束。
Ryoo称，鉴于数字化的趋势，当局还将加快市场改革步伐，向外国投资者开放货币市场。(完)
