【环球网报道】据塔斯社21日报道，俄罗斯石油公司首席执行官（CEO）伊戈尔·谢钦近日在俄罗斯第28届圣彼得堡国际经济论坛上表示，美国施加的贸易限制未能阻滞中国经济增长势头。

“美国近期应对预算赤字的手段之一就是施加贸易限制。然而，进口关税急剧增加导致供应链中断、物资短缺和通货膨胀。（但美国）今年施加的限制对中国影响甚微。” 谢钦称。

相反，谢钦补充说，世界银行在最新报告中将美国今年GDP增长预期下调至1.4%，但对中国的预期保持不变。

美国政府今年推出一系列关税政策，严重扰乱全球贸易秩序，引发国际社会的广泛批评。有商界人士表示，美国新关税政策违背经济学基本原理，百害而无一利。
