Xylo Technologies Ltd. has announced that following the approval of an arrangement by the Tel Aviv district court, it will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. The delisting is part of a process where L.I.A. Pure Capital Ltd. will acquire all remaining shares of Xylo Technologies, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The arrangement was approved by shareholders on May 27, 2025, and the court has mandated completion within 180 days of June 22, 2025. Xylo Technologies will update shareholders on the timeline for closing and any additional procedures as more information becomes available.
