Odaily星球日报讯 国际清算银行（BIS）在最新年度报告中指出，锚定法币的稳定币未能通过“单一性”“弹性”“完整性”三项构建未来货币体系所需的关键测试，难以作为金融体系的核心基础。 BIS 认为，尽管稳定币在可编程性、匿名性及跨境支付效率等方面具备一定技术优势，但由于其发行结构限制扩张能力，不同发行方之间缺乏统一结算标准，且反洗钱及合规执行存在差异，可能威胁国家货币主权并削弱金融系统稳定性。（The Block）
