董事会已委任独立非执行董事李新娟女士为首席独立非执行董事，自2025年6月27日起生效，以作为其他董事与公司股东之间的中间人;及在与董事会主席或公司管理层的正常沟通渠道不足的情况下，可与其他董事及公司股东联络。首席独立非执行董事并非公司的行政职位，且于集团内并不担任任何管理角色。
