智通财经APP讯，信佳国际(00912)公布截至2025年3月31日止年度的全年业绩，收益约13.88亿港元，同比下跌约 0.9%;股权持有人应占溢利为3440万港元，同比上升7.3%;每股基本盈利为12.08港仙，建议派发末期股息每股4.0港仙。
公告称，溢利增长主要由于利息支出大幅下降及利息收入增加所致。
