智通财经APP讯，AEON CREDIT(00900)发布公告，于2025年6月27日举行的永旺保险顾问(香港)有限公司(永旺保险)股东周年大会上，公司作为永旺保险的唯一股东，已批准根据香港特别行政区法例第622章《公司条例》第750条向公司注册处处长申请撤销注册以解散永旺保险。
永旺保险乃一间于中国香港成立的私人有限公司，为公司全资拥有的附属公司，主要于中国香港从事保险经纪业务。香港保险业监管局已根据永旺保险提交的自愿申请，撤销其保险中介人牌照，永旺保险自2025年3月起已没有营运或经营业务。
由于永旺保险截至2025年2月28日止年度的资产总值及收益总值均不超过由公司及其附属公司组成的集团(集团)于同年度的综合总资产及综合收益的 5%，永旺保险不被视为属于香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第 13.25(2)条所指的公司的附属公司。
