Pinnacle Investment Management Group (ASX:PNI) said that two entities associated with founder Ian Macoun sold 3.9 million shares, representing 1.73% of the company, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Following the sale, Macoun or entities associated with him will retain a 6.3% stake and currently have no plans to sell additional shares within the next three months, the filing said.
