Front Month Nymex Natural Gas for Aug. (new front month) delivery lost 21.00 cents per million British thermal units, or 5.32% to $3.7390 per million British thermal units this week

--Today it is up 21.30 cents or 6.04%

--Largest one day dollar and percentage gain since Monday, June 2, 2025

--Snaps a five session losing streak

--Highest settlement value since Friday, June 20, 2025

--Off 16.74% from its 52-week high of $4.491 hit Monday, March 10, 2025

--Up 96.38% from its 52-week low of $1.904 hit Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024

--Rose 43.75% from 52 weeks ago

--Off 16.74% from its 2025 settlement high of $4.491 hit Monday, March 10, 2025

--Up 27.61% from its 2025 settlement low of $2.93 hit Thursday, April 24, 2025

--Off 75.69% from its record high of $15.378 hit Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005

--Month-to-date it is up 8.47%

--Year-to-date it is up 10.60 cents or 2.92%
