智通财经APP讯，交银国际(03329)发布公告，于2025年6月25日(交易时段后)，借款人、贷款A贷款人交通银行股份有限公司香港分行、公司、其他贷款B贷款人华夏银行股份有限公司香港分行及交银证券订立贷款协议，据此，(i)贷款A贷款人同意向借款人提供本金总额不超过2.995亿美元的贷款A;及(ii)公司及其他贷款B贷款人同意向借款人提供本金总额不超过7962.23万美元的贷款B，其中最多379.15万美元将由公司提供。
