日发精机(002520.SZ)公告称，下属全资子公司Airwork公司因租赁给俄罗斯客户Aviastar的飞机损失，向新西兰奥克兰高等法院对QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited及Aon NZ提起诉讼。Airwork公司与俄罗斯客户共签订六份B757-200货机租赁合同，因西方地缘政治冲突导致合作关系终止，5架飞机仍被扣留在俄罗斯境内。Airwork公司与保险公司未达成一致，因此选择诉讼途径维护股东权益。目前案件尚未开庭审理，对公司本期利润或后期利润的影响暂时无法判断。
