智通财经APP讯，声扬集团(08163)发布公告，(i)资产购买协议项下的收购事项;及(ii)认购协议项下的认购事项的所有先决条件已获达成，而收购事项及认购事项已于2025年6月25日完成。公司根据资产购买协议及认购协议的条款向卖方配发及发行9000万股代价股份及3086万股认购股份。于收购事项完成后，目标资产(即LOOP Space 的所有应用程式及知识产权)由集团持有，而认购事项所得款项净额合共约 298.6万港元将用作营运LOOP Space的营运资金。
