智通财经APP讯，TBKS HLDGS(01960)发布公告，香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司已辞任公司核数师，自2025年6月27日起生效，原因为公司与立信德豪未能就截至2025年6月30日止财政年度的审计费用达成共识。
董事会根据审核委员会的推荐建议，议决委任久安(香港)会计师事务所有限公司为公司核数师，自2025年6月27日起生效，以填补立信德豪辞任后的临时空缺，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
非执行董事 Venny 女士已获委任为公司提名委员会成员，及执行董事 Tan Han Peng 先生不再担任提名委员会成员，自2025年6月27日起生效。
