美国国家运输安全委员会24日说,波音公司在制造流程中对员工培训和指导不足,以及联邦航空局监管不力,是导致其737 MAX 9型客机在2024年发生起飞后不久机舱门塞(内嵌式应急门)脱落事故的主要原因。据美联社报道,美国国家运输安全委员会历经17个月的调查发现,事发客机在组装过程中进行维修时,固定门塞的4枚螺栓被拆除后未重新安装。调查发现,涉事门塞已在154次航班飞行中逐渐松动,直至最终脱落。波音公司员工告诉调查人员,他们承受巨大工作压力,被迫超速工作并承担不熟悉的任务。24名门组员工均未接受过门塞拆卸培训,仅其中一人曾拆卸过一次门塞,但此人在事发客机组装期间正在休假。门塞重新安装时,门组员工并未参与。
