智通财经APP获悉，临床阶段生物技术公司INmune Bio(INMB.US)表示，将于美东时间6月30日上午8点召开电话会议，公布旗下候选药物XPro治疗早期阿尔茨海默症(AD)的MINDFuL二期试验的初步数据。市场对这一消息给予了积极回应。截至发稿，INmune Bio周五美股盘初暴涨超56%。
资料显示，XPro是一种肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)抑制剂，与当前市面上的TNF抑制剂不同，XPro专门中和可溶性TNF，而不影响跨膜TNF或TNF受体，从而有助于在阿尔茨海默等疾病中减少神经炎症。
MINDFuL试验已招募208名被诊断为轻度认知障碍(MCI)或轻度AD的患者，平均年龄为72岁。试验的主要终点是认知评分相对于基线的变化，通过早期和轻度阿尔茨海默病认知综合评分(EMACC)进行测量，这是一种旨在客观测量早期AD临床试验结果的工具。
