智通财经APP讯，冠忠巴士集团(00306)公布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，收入约25.3亿港元，同比增加20.7%;母公司拥有人应占溢利约1.27亿港元，同比增加296.0%;每股盈利26.7港仙，建议末期股息每股4港仙。
公告称，集团于本年度取得稳健的财务表现，主要由于所有业务分类的收入均取得稳健增长。由于多项大型活动在香港举行，加上会议、奖励旅游、大会及展览旅游业复苏，入境旅游业持续增长。此外，北上消费已成为香港居民的一项日趋频繁的休闲活动。该等因素带动了本年度本地及跨境服务需求的增长。再者，本年度毕棚沟景区的业务表现仍然理想，旅客人次再创新高。
由于通胀压力及劳工短缺等多重因素交织，本年度劳工成本增加。然而，由于本年度内国际燃料价格稳定，燃料成本下降，部分抵销了劳工成本增加的负面影响。同时，由于本年度香港银行同业拆息(HIBOR)较上一年度相对回落，财务费用有所下降。此外，集团继续实施有效的成本控制措施，以提高营运效益，令本年度的整体财务表现有所改善。
