智通财经APP讯，中国科技产业集团(08111)公布，该集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得收入80万元，而2024财年收入为0元。该集团于2025财年的毛利率为30.3%，而2024财年则为零。由于上文所述，预期集团于2025财年将取得公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币2280万元，而于2024财年公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币4720万元。亏损主要由于集团项目推进进度较原定计划有所延迟。
于2024年6月21日，公司的间接全资附属公司三门峡百科新能源有限公司与河北汉能售电有限公司就中国河南省三门峡市储能电站建设订立EPC合同。该EPC合同乃依据三门峡百科与项目合作方于2023年9月22日签署的合作协定而签订。然而，由于项目合作方关键人员突发变动，包括储电站在内的电站建设未能按计划启动。经审慎评估后，集团决定搁置合作协议。
于2025年6月25日，公司间接全资附属公司陕西百科新能源科技发展有限公司与河北沣北新能源有限公司签订运维服务合约，由陕西百科向河北丰北的光伏电站 ( 位于河北省承德市丰宁县万胜永乡小唐泰沟 ) 提供运维服务，为期3年，自2025年7月1日起至2028年6月30日止。该运维服务将成为集团未来数年的收入来源之一，亦为集团持续拓展收入管道的又一例证。上述交易须经股东批准。
