United Energy Group Ltd. has announced changes in its management team, effective from June 27, 2025. Mr. Chiu Ping Shun has been appointed as an executive director and will join the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Mr. Zhang Hong Wei has resigned as an executive director and chairman, with Mr. Song Yu being re-designated as the new chairman.
