China South City Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were put forward and approved by shareholders. The proposals included adopting the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, re-electing Mr. Cheng Chung Hing and Mr. Wan Hongtao as Executive Directors, and re-electing Ms. Zee Helen as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
