智通财经APP讯，友联国际教育租赁(01563)发布公告，集团预计截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得综合净利润介于人民币6000万元至1.30亿元，而对比截至2024年3月31日止十五个月取得净利润约人民币1.828亿元，下降约28.9%至67.2%。
预期净利润减少主要是由于：(i)由于本报告年度内经济及商业环境波动，融资租赁及其他应收款项的预期信用损失增加，因此确认了净减值损失准备;(ii)财务年度结算日期变更影响。截止2025年3月31日的报告期涵盖十二个月，而截止2024年3月31日的报告期涵盖十五个月。
