Tencent Holdings Ltd. has announced the appointment of Professor Ke Yang as a member of its Nomination Committee, effective from June 27, 2025. Professor Yang is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. The Nomination Committee now consists of six members, including Chairman Ma Huateng.
