智通财经APP讯，威胜控股(03393)公布，公司于墨西哥成立的全资附属公司WASION,S.DER.L.DEC.V.(威胜墨西哥)于2025年6月26日就夺得价值逾6.27亿墨西哥比索(含税，折合逾人民币2.384亿元)的智能电表招标合约，与墨西哥联邦电力委员会(CFE)订立供货协议。
此外，威胜墨西哥亦于2025年3月25日与CFE签订价值逾14.529亿墨西哥比索(含税，折合逾人民币5.52亿元)的智能电表供货协议。
公司于2025从CFE已夺得累计价值逾20.8亿墨西哥比索(含税，折合逾7.9亿元)的智能电表合约。
公司于坦桑尼亚成立的附属公司Wasion Group (Tanzania) Limited亦于2025年6月10日从坦桑尼亚电力供应有限公司(Tanesco)夺得价值约人民币6100万元(约6665万港元)的智能电表招标合约。Tanesco是坦桑尼亚境内唯一的国有电力公司，覆盖约1500万名用户。
