Jiutian Chemical Agrees to Further Extend Long-Stop Date for Project Transfer Deal; Shares Down 4%

Jiutian Chemical (SGX:C8R) and Anyang Chemical Industry mutually agreed to extend the long-stop date for a framework agreement and synthetic ammonia project transfer deal for a third time, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, the long-stop date has been moved to Dec. 31 as Jiutian Chemical subsidiary Anyang Jiutian Fine Chemical requires additional time to fulfill certain conditions of the agreements.
Jiutian Chemical shares were down over 4% in recent trading.
