智通财经APP讯，有利集团(00406)发布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入96.23亿港元，同比增加23.19%;公司权益持有人应占亏损9888.4万港元，去年同期则取得溢利6709.3万港元;每股亏损22.57港仙。
尽管我们的业务增长表现出色，但我们的盈利却遭遇前所未有的挑战。本集团的综合毛利由6.82亿港元下跌至1.35亿港元，主要归因于建筑分部。在新建项目方面，我们于新冠疫情期间获取的项目出现亏损，乃由于两项关键因素：当时市场竞争激烈，导致利润率低，加上材料价格下跌，引发最终合约价值下调。另部分项目较预期复杂，导致所产生成本远超估计。此外，在若干定期保养合约中，维修及装修业务的工程订单出现显著下降，导致最终溢利远低于预期。此类公共楼宇保养合约的客户订单于本年度大幅减少，导致收入不足以支付本年度的间接成本。就机电分部而言，利润率与去年相比保持稳定。
