Zhong Ji Longevity Science (HKG:0767) raised HK$30.4 million from the issuance of 90,124,751 shares to six investors at HK$0.34 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The shares represented 14.16% of the issued share capital of the longevity science company as enlarged by the offering.
Net proceeds will be used to boost its longevity science operations in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, as well as for legal fees for its money lending operations and for working capital.
