精优药业暴涨90% 背后的尴尬：单日狂飙难改“仙股”宿命
6月24日，港股市场上演惊险跳跃——常年沉寂的精优药业（00858.HK）跳空大涨，一度涨超94%，截至收盘，公司仍大涨90.2%，报0.097港元/股，市值2.32亿港元。
精优药业今日放量明显，单日成交量达2.67亿股，成交金额2500万港元，换手率飙升至12.44%。但是，单日涨幅如此之大，精优药业仍深陷“仙股”泥潭（股价长期低于1港元），公司股价暴涨后甚至都不足0.1港元，距离摆脱“脱仙”阵营还需上涨超10倍，狂欢背后尽是尴尬。
今日暴涨的导火索，是一则扭亏为盈的年度预告。精优药业发布公告称，公司预计本财年（截至2025年3月31日止）实现溢利在2.15亿港元至2.25亿港元之间，同比扭亏为盈。
但细看公告，这巨额盈利（相比其市值）竟与主业无关。精优药业坦言，转亏为盈主要由于非现金项目，因可换股债券投资的公平值变动产生收益，而去年同期则因同类项目产生亏损。虽然目前具体数据未出，但似乎公司的主业依旧疲软。
事实上，精优药业过往业绩一直表现不给力，2019年至2024年，公司营收疲软，盈利能力波动较大，时而录得较大亏损。
公开资料显示，精优药业是一家主要从事医药产品贸易业务的公司。公司主要通过三大分部运营，制造分部从事医药产品的开发、制造及销售业务，贸易分部从事进口国际产品的推广及经销业务，基因开发分部从事基因相关技术的商业开发及研发业务。
有市场人士称，本次盈利公告不能说明公司基本面的边际改善，后续仍需观察具体数据。至于股价反弹只是昙花一现，抑或具备一些持续性，暂时并不好说。
