U.S., Israeli Strikes Set Back Iran's Ability to Develop Weapons by 'Many Years,' Israel Says

The U.S. strike on Iran's main nuclear site Fordow on Sunday destroyed critical infrastructure and rendered the enrichment facility inoperable, the Israeli prime minister's office said, citing the country's atomic agency.

"We assess that the American strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities, combined with Israeli strikes on other elements of Iran's military nuclear program, has set back Iran's ability to develop nuclear weapons by many years," the statement said.
