智通财经APP讯，中国诚通发展集团(00217)发布公告，于2025年6月25日，诚通融资租赁(本公司间接全资附属公司)与承租人订立租赁资产转让协议。根据租赁资产转让协议，诚通融资租赁将向承租人购买租赁资产，并将租赁资产出租予承租人，租赁期为期2年，惟可根据租赁资产转让协议的条款及条件提前终止。
据悉，租赁资产为若干暖通设备、消防设备、电气设备、燃气锅炉、水处理设备、除尘设备、起重设备等。
租赁资产转让安排乃于诚通融资租赁的一般及日常业务过程中订立，并预期诚通融资租赁将赚取约人民币1350万元(相当于约港币1472万元)的收入，即诚通融资租赁根据租赁资产转让安排将予收取的租赁利息。
