智通财经APP讯，国美零售(00493)发布公告，本公司提名委员会(提名委员会)及独立委员会(独立委员会)组成的变更，自2025年6月25日起生效：
(a) 魏婷女士(作为本公司执行董事兼薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)成员)获委任为提名委员会成员;
(b) 刘胤宏先生(作为本公司独立非执行董事，并兼任审核委员会(审核委员会)、提名委员会、薪酬委员会及独立委员会成员)获委任为首席独立非执行董事兼独立委员会主席;
(c) 张大中先生(作为本公司非执行董事、董事会主席、提名委员会成员及独立委员会主席)于2025年6月25日举行的本公司股东周年大会结束后退任董事职务。张大中先生退任后，不再担任董事会主席、提名委员会成员及独立委员会主席职务。
