智通财经APP讯，阿里影业(01060)发布公告，百慕达公司注册处处长分别于2025年6月6日及2025年6月5日发出更改名称注册证书及第二名称证书，证实于2025年6月5日公司的英文名称已由“Alibaba Pictures Group Limited”更改为“Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited”及公司中文第二名称已由“阿里巴巴影业集团有限公司”更改为“大麦娱乐控股有限公司”后，香港公司注册处处长已于2025年6月20日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，证实公司已更改其名称及现已根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部以“Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited”(亦称为“大麦娱乐控股有限公司”)的名称于香港注册。
公司于联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“ALIPICTURES”更改为“DAMAIENT”，中文股份简称将由“阿里影业”更改为“大麦娱乐”，自2025年7月2日上午九时正起生效。公司于联交所买卖股份的股份代号“1060”将维持不变。
