BlockBeats 消息，6 月 25 日，电子游戏零售商 GameStop（GME）周二向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件显示，该公司通过后续发行零息可转换优先票据再次融资 4.5 亿美元。
此次增发距其首次 22.5 亿美元私募配售仅一周之隔，使得本轮融资总额达到 27 亿美元。公司表示，此次增发是根据授予初始购买方的 13 天期权执行的，该购买方全额行使了所谓的“绿鞋期权”。这批 2032 年到期的票据可按每股 28.91 美元的价格转换为 GameStop A 类普通股，较 6 月 12 日首次发行时的成交量加权平均股价溢价 32.5%。
募集资金将用于一般企业用途及“符合 GameStop 投资政策的投资”，包括将比特币（BTC）作为国库储备资产进行配置。GameStop 是日益增多的采用加密资产储备策略的上市公司之一，其通过发售股票和发行债券筹集资金配置 BTC 等加密资产的做法，与迈克尔·塞勒的 MicroStrategy（MSTR）策略如出一辙。该公司在今年 5 月完成 13 亿美元可转债发行后，首次斥资约 5 亿美元购入了 4710 枚比特币。
