香港房屋协会(房协)今年4月推出上环、长沙湾、将军澳及屯门4项商铺物业，以招标形式放售后，全部售出，个别物业成交价陆续曝光。当中市值最高的长沙湾“大四喜”之一的喜雅商铺部分，连同4个私家车位及1个摩托车位的一篮子物业，上月底以5,320万元售出，有报道指略低于估值。
上述喜雅商铺部分面积约8,981方呎，倘以商铺面积计，呎价约5,924元，登记买家为香港汇林水电投资有限公司(Hong Kong Hyland Hydropower Investment Co., Limited)，公司股东及董事名字为普通话拼音，料为内地背景人士。(hc/da)
