Wildcat Intends to Buy Back Up to AU$5 Million Worth of Shares; Shares Fall 4%

Wildcat Resources (ASX:WC8) said it intends to undertake an on-market buyback for up to AU$5 million of its fully paid ordinary shares on issue, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company plans to repurchase a total of 50 million of its ordinary shares, per the filing.
The repurchases will start on July 14, for a period of 12 months, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
