Oxley Bridge Acquisition Prices $220 Million IPO

Oxley Bridge Acquisition (OBA) said late Tuesday it has priced its initial public offering of 22 million units at $10 per unit.

The units, each comprised of one class A share and one-half of a warrant, are expected to be listed on Nasdaq on June 25 under the "OBAWU" ticker . Each warrant entitles the holder to buy one class A share at $11.50 per share, the blank check firm said.

The company said it granted its underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 3.3 million units.
