智通财经APP讯，中国动向(03818)公布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，收入约16.8亿元，同比减少3.67%;公司拥有人应占盈利2.07亿元，同比扭亏为盈;每股盈利3.53分，拟派末期股息每股0.35分及期特别股息每股0.71分，合计为每股普通股1.06分。
本财政期，集团整体销售额较对比期下降3.7%，其中kappa品牌销售额较对比期下降4.4%。
在报告期内，该集团继续深化“品牌+产品”和“品牌+自营”业务模式，一方面进一步提升品牌价值，将品牌倡导的文化融入到精益求精不断升级的产品当中，构筑坚实的品牌影响力;另一方面，不断优化和完善新的运营管控模型，继续优化自营网络分布，提升店铺效率，优化电商业务，更好地适应和满足消费者的购买需求。同时，集团也继续对终端自营店铺进行了调整和优化，使得Kappa品牌终端店铺总数达到1,005间。
