This agreement enhances Avolta's presence in the Nordic region by incorporating a variety of local culinary offerings. Walter Seib, CEO of Northern, Central and Eastern Europe at Avolta, emphasized the collaboration's focus on celebrating Denmark's culinary scene while aligning with the airport's future ambitions. Peter Krogsgaard, Chief Commercial Officer at Copenhagen Airport, highlighted the partnership's role in enriching the airport's food and beverage experience with a blend of Avolta's global expertise and authentic local flavors. Avolta currently operates several units at the airport, including Copenhagen Coffee Lab and Burger King, positioning itself to cater to the expected 40 million annual passengers.
