* 花旗在报告中表示，京东物流开始招募全职骑手参与京东9618.HK外卖配送，也就是说，京东物流将为京东管理自营外卖骑手团队，以确保服务质量。全职外卖骑手业务与京东物流的末端快递业务之间存在协同效应。这两项业务的订单高峰时段不同，因此配送网络具备整合的潜力。
花旗并指，京东可能会优先将订单流量分配给京东物流的自营骑手。这项新举措可能成为京东物流新的长期收入增长来源。但由于骑手成本高昂、京东外卖业务变现能力有限，该举措在短期内会给公司盈利带来一些不确定性，但对2025财年的盈利影响应在可控范围内。
