乐居财经 刘治颖 6月25日，曹操出行(02643)在港交所挂牌上市，联席保荐人为海通国际、农银国际、广发证券(香港)，开盘跌17.74%，总市值187.74亿港元。

曹操出行是一家由吉利集团孵化的中国网约车平台。截至2024年12月31日，公司在136个城市运营。于2023年，其总交易价值(GTV)为122亿元，较2022年增长37.5%，并于2024年达170亿元，较2023年增加38.8%，根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，公司的市场占有率为5.4%。 

2022年-2024年，曹操出行实现收入分别为76.31亿元、106.68亿元、146.57亿元；年内亏损分别为20.07亿元、19.81亿元、12.46亿元。

于最后实际可行日期，曹操出行由UgoInvestment Limited持有约83.9%的权益，而UgoInvestment Limited由李书福全资拥有。李书福为吉利汽车创始人及董事长，并控制吉利控股及浙江济底。

此次曹操出行顺利港股IPO，它成为继吉利汽车、沃尔沃汽车、极星汽车、亿咖通科技、钱江摩托、汉马科技、路特斯科技、千里科技（原“力帆科技”）、极氪后，李书福的第十家上市公司。
