屋宇署公布，4月共批出10份建筑图则，包括6项住宅及商住发展、1项商业发展等。当中宏安地产(01243.HK) 与其士国际(00025.HK) 联合持有的油塘四山街油塘工业大厦第4座，获批建两幢23层高商住物业，住用楼面约26.8万方呎，非住用楼面约5.4万方呎，总楼面约32.2万方呎。资料显示，项目去年初获城规会批准，兴建676个中小型单位。
此外，旺角上海街445号项目，亦获批建一幢17层高商住大楼，总楼面涉约1.3万方呎，包括约1.1万方呎住宅楼面，以及约1,704方呎非住用楼面。
其余获批准项目，香港家庭计划指导会位于元朗安宁街149至153号的元朗大楼服务重建成8层高大楼，总楼面约3.2万平方呎。另外，信置(00083.HK) 大屿山长沙项目作重大修订，将建26幢两层高洋房，总楼面约8.2万平方呎。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-24 16:25。)
