IT之家 6 月 25 日消息，科技媒体 borncity 今天（6 月 25 日）发布博文，报道称多台 Surface Pro 8 设备突然丢失 UEFI 信息（制造商、型号、序列号），导致诸多困扰。

IT之家援引博文介绍，网友 Mario H. 报告称他负责管理的 430 台 Surface Pro 8 设备中，有 7 台设备莫名丢失制造商、型号和序列号等 UEFI 信息，导致设备启动后触发 Bitlocker 恢复密钥查询。

他还推测，由于无法识别型号，这些设备将无法通过 Microsoft Update 接收固件更新。

关于数据丢失的具体情况仍然不明。这些设备由 IT 部门通过 Intune 管理，并通过 Autopatch 保持更新。

读者还提到了 2025 年 5 月的 dbx 更新，该更新可能导致 Secure Boot 条目被覆盖，UEFI 内存区域不足。
