IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 2,281,000 shares under its enterprise option schemes, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
The company issued 200,000 shares at 6.02 ringgit per share, 106,000 shares at 5.79 ringgit per share, 743,000 shares at 5.92 ringgit per share, and 1,232,000 shares at 5.87 ringgit per share.
All the shares will be listed on June 25, the filing said.
