　　2025年新领军者年会于6月24-26日在天津举办，本届新领军者年会主题为“新时代企业家精神”。在“解读中国经济”论坛上，国际货币基金组织（IMF）前副总裁、中国国际经济交流中心资深专家委员朱民表示，中国最大的一个挑战是消费问题，解决好这个问题将长期利好，所以需要用大量的努力来拉动中国内需，支持中国消费。

　　朱民强调，中国居民消费在GDP中的占比处于非常低的水平，再加上现在地缘政治环境影响，如果中国未来想要成为高收入的经济体，那就不得不提高居民消费的比重。

　　朱民认为，消费实体产品有一定的局限性，然而消费服务的空间却是无穷的，通过一些改革让人们消费更多服务，这是解决消费问题的关键所在。
