The Central & Southeast Connecticut Portfolio consists of 693 units across New Haven, Hartford, and New London counties. The properties include New Cambridge in Bristol, Silvertree in Wallingford, Peppertree in Groton, and Huntington Ridge in Norwich. The portfolio represents a strategic investment in a resilient segment of Connecticut's multifamily market, noted for high occupancy and steady rent growth. The transaction was facilitated by IPA's Victor Nolletti, Eric Pentore, and Wes Klockner, with Sun Equity Partners as the seller and FPA Multifamily LLC as the buyer.
