智通财经APP获悉，德林控股(01709)绩后涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.46%，报3.64港元，成交额1790.16万港元。
消息面上，6月25日，德林控股发布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益1.9亿港元，同比减少6.27%；公司拥有人应占溢利1.37亿港元，同比增加36.94%；每股基本盈利9.28港仙。
值得一提的是，德林控股发布公告，于2025年6月24日，公司与Via BTC Holdings Limited(ViaBTC)订立不具法律约束力的条款书，以开展战略合作。集团与ViaBTC的合作将让集团能够衔接传统及数码资产领域。透过共同开展OTC加密货币交易，集团可借助ViaBTC既有的加密基础设施，与其丰富的财务顾问、证券交易及经纪专业知识产生协同效应。
