心光盲人院与九仓(00004.HK) 合作重建的心光盲人院暨学校，于去年底向城规会申请放宽建筑物高度限制，同年遭否决，该校不服结果申请复核，惟最新再遭拒绝相关规划及复核申请。
心光盲人院暨学校位于薄扶林道131号，地盘面积6.95万平方呎，已完成土地用途修订，属“住宅（丙类）7”用地，项目2022年已获批准作住宅发展，准建83伙住宅，涉及13.2万平方呎。申请人去年底提出放宽高限，建筑物高度限制由151米新增约8.6%至164米，申建4幢10至11层高分层住宅，单位由获准方案的83伙，增加63%或52伙至135伙，总楼面维持不变。
据规划署最新的文件显示，修订后的申请，收窄了现有的车路及人行道，该申请去年在城规会审理时已遭拒绝。心光就增建单位申请提出复核，规划署最新指出，申请人未能充分证明拟议发展不会对薄扶林道造成不良交通影响；另放宽建筑高度限制欠缺新增的理据，该项目一带无重大规划变动或技术修改，加上仍有公众持反对意见，反映修订计划仍未获得广泛支持，未能为重新审视提供充分理由，拒绝其复核申请，料本周五(27日)在城规会亦难获得通过复核。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-25 16:25。)
