Odaily星球日报讯 消息人士透露，香港多家本地券商（如胜利证券、艾德证券等）已完成第 1 号牌升级，国泰君安国际并非唯一一家申请该类牌照的中资券商。未来或将有更多机构入局合规加密交易服务。 上述券商开展的业务为“分销”性质交易服务，非自营交易所模式，主要通过在持牌交易所设立综合账户（Omnibus Account），提供 BTC、ETH 等主流币种的合规交易通道，不涉及高风险山寨币。当前这些券商在客户尽调、适当性管理和投资者教育等方面的合规要求与国泰君安国际基本一致，且均禁止中国内地居民参与。（第一财经）
