公司指，分拆计划旨在让物流自动化板块在资本市场独立发展，专注于智能仓储、物流自动化软硬件集成和数据驱动的解决方案，进一步释放其增长潜力，提升集团整体价值。分拆后的公司将具备更大灵活性，以把握行业机遇，加速技术创新及市场拓展。
